As a teenager on summer break, I eat what I want and I don&#8217;t really excercise all that much except for swimming, walking, and shopping. But recently I stepped on my wii fit and learned that I had gained 6 pounds. Then two weeks later, I had gained YET another 5 pounds. I&#8217;m not overweight but I feel so ugly because I&#8217;m 155 pounds and I have noticable stomach and thigh fat. How do I stop gaining weight and possibly lose the 11 pounds I&#8217;ve put on?? About 6 months ago, a friend of mine went on about a 1200 calorie hunger diet. Only eating salad, soup, turkey sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, and lean pockets (no Beverages other than water), he lost about 20 pounds over six weeks. He also played about an hour of tennis each day. He noted that he was hungry all the time, and lost a little over 3 pounds a week.<br />
We all told him that at that calorie intake, he would gain all the weight back. But he didn&#8217;t listen to us. We even had a bet going, and I just lost 50 bucks.<br />
He didn&#8217;t gain any of the weight back. We&#8217;ve been going out to eat buffalo wings and pizza everyday, but he is still at the same weight he was. He said he eats over 2500 calories a day.<br />
He doesn&#8217;t excercise at all other than a very LAZY hour of tennis every other day.<br />
Are all nutritionists just crazy? I&#8217;m thinking about going on this diet myself! losing 20 pounds in 6 weeks sounds awesome.<br />
Unless anyone gives me a good explanation of why I shouldn&#8217;t, I&#8217;m going on this diet!, <a href='http://link.gs/nNtx'>more</a>&nbsp;</p>

Ive had it for like 4 years now but every once in a while itll come a month late even sometimes when im not stressed,tired, sick or anything abnormal. This month it came on time (but month before it was late resetting my schedule again) and i bled the whole week in total basically what i would for like 1 day normally. what are reasons for this. Im not doing anything different, no excercise to much really, no loss or gaining of weight, not stressed or sick, not sexually active if that matters, very happy mood and everything. so why is this maybe?
