im 5 ft 5 and i weigh 56kg…i have two weeks and i want to loose 2-3kg and get much more toned (visible difference) and loose some weight on my stomach and hips and maybe face.
i am willing to try anything..what has worked for you guys or what do you reccomend??
dont say ive left it to late..i was dietin and it was going so well..then a really close family member died and it all went downhill but im willing to try again! i have two weeks and two days..
