I want to be really healthy! I really would like to have abs! I also want to feel confident about my body. I want to be able to love my stomach and how I look. Problem is I dont know how! I have low self esteem. I know I’m not fat. I am 14 5′1 and weigh about 90 pounds. I dont eat junk food mostly fibre,veggies,fruits,milk. I excercise also. Can someone give me meal plans? What should I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Should I eat snacks? How much should I excercise and eat? Im also a vegetarian. I do eat dairy products and fish though., more
