I am trying to increase my metabolism. However, I do not want to gain weight trying to do so. I excercise about 5 times a week, for about an hour or so, maybe a little more. I would like to maintain my same weight. I am 5′2 and am a female at 16 years old and weigh about 105- 110 depending on the day! ha
Oh and i dont enjoy eating fats, so peanut butter or nuts would not be something i am really considering…
