right, so no food properly, perhaps a cracker or a piece of fruit daily
lots of water
& diet sodas.
ive been doing this just for today so in a weeks time will be next friday.
im a bit shakey from the caffiene intake lol, but im okay and not hungry (:
i was just wondering how much weight i would lose in 1 week.
i know this is unhealthy believe me i am not anorexic and i dont make myself throw up (eww!) i just want to be a bit skinnier. i am aware you can put the weight on afterwards but ohh well. so pleaseee no lectures about that because i wont be picking you for best answer.
btw im 15, dont know my weight but im like average .my waist measure is like 90 cm.
height is like 5 foot 4/5 and i dont really exercise, like 1/2 mile walking a day
