How much wieght in a week and so on, will I loose if I eat 4-5 oranges & 8 cups of water every day?

I know it’s unhealthy. But how much? Also, I don’t want to be that weak or loose any hair. i love my hair! And yea, the whole ‘eat right’ thing, doesn’t work for me. I’ve been on many diets & I excercise. and I still wiegh 160, I’m 5/3. It’s hard for me to loose wieght. Any solutions ?, more

thin (i think) but have bad lower back fat? why?

im 5′2 and 8 stone.. and im 22.. im desperately trying to lose my back fat it comes over the top of my jeans or anything actually. i no you cant directly lose weight in a certain area that why i have to lose weight all over. excercise is NOT working. and i do alot. i have been on a 1200-1500 cal a day diet and its still not going. has anybody got any tips to lose it? i have a big booty (im a pearshape) can this be why i have this back fat? please help it annoys me so much, more

right, so no food properly, perhaps a cracker or a piece of fruit daily
lots of water
& diet sodas.
ive been doing this just for today so in a weeks time will be next friday.
im a bit shakey from the caffiene intake lol, but im okay and not hungry (:
i was just wondering how much weight i would lose in 1 week.
i know this is unhealthy believe me i am not anorexic and i dont make myself throw up (eww!) i just want to be a bit skinnier. i am aware you can put the weight on afterwards but ohh well. so pleaseee no lectures about that because i wont be picking you for best answer.
btw im 15, dont know my weight but im like average .my waist measure is like 90 cm.
height is like 5 foot 4/5 and i dont really exercise, like 1/2 mile walking a day
thankyou in advance :D btw just saying lastly remember no lectures or telling me to excercise or change my diet because i have already made up my mind so your just wasting your time., more

how could i lose weight quickly?
i can’t do healthy foods, i’m not extremely overweight if anything im quite slender
but ive still got quite a bit of fat on my stumouch, i want to take it away
but its hard, and i do alotof excercise but just that wont go away

Yoga/Other Exercise with Mono/Enlarged Spleen?

I have mono, which they say do not do contact sports, heavy excercise during due to an enlarged spleen (they dont want it to rupture) - is it ok if i have enough energy to do yoga / pilates / what other exercises are safe?, more

is running up and down the stairs good excercise?

OK..
So i’m just wondering how good of excercise running up and down the stairs is?
I run 13 steps (up and down) x 60 (6 sets of 10 with rests inbetween)
Each set of 10 takes aprox 2 minutes so about 12 miunutes altogether.
I do this 3 times a week aswell as swimming and jogging once a week.
I am just wondering if the running up the stairs is good toning excercise and if it’s better than jogging?

running up and down the stairs 60 times… tone up/loose weight?

I have started running up and down the stairs because i’m trying to loose weight/tone up.
I run up and down 13 steps 60 times (in sets of 10 with a few minutes rest inbetween each set)
I also swim once/twice a week and jog once a week too aswell as running the stairs.
Is this good excercise for burning fat and toning up my legs and stomach?
Also, am i doing it right.. in sets of 10 with rests inbetween or should i be doing it differently!
I do this about three times a week, should i do it everyday or would this be bad for me?
