Treadmill and excercise question!!?? POINTS!?

Hi I’m a male, I’m 5′11 and weigh 175 lbs. I am 15 years old, and pretty chubby. I recently started working out a gym and I run on the treadmill for 20 minutes at 5.3 speed with no grade %/hill. After that I do sit ups or crunches on the mat not sure which one I’m doing. I do 3 sets of 10.
Although I know that it is impossible to lose SO MUCH weight by the end of the summer, what should I do in my workout regime everyday in order to lose the maximum amount of weight possible without killing myself….Like how fast on treadmill, if I should run on a hill, how many sit ups and other excercises I should do…
