What is a good diet plan that doesn't involve going out and getting tons of groceries?

I don’t really want to go out and get groceries just to lose a couple of pounds. What’s a good meal/diet plan to go on for a couple of weeks plus excercise that I can just use the average foods I have in my house. I usually drink lots of water and ocassionally orange juice. And milk with my cereal.

How Is My Food For The Day? [Info]?

I’m on a diet. How many calories should I have?
I’m 15, (16 in September) and I want to lose weight.
I’m thinking 1500 calories is good?
So here’s what I had today:
Breakfast (10:00 am; I sleep in.):
4 Eggo Pancakes
1 Glass of Water
= 400 Calories
Lunch (12:00ish, I’m not hungry at lunch, so I eat light.)
Strawberry Granola Bar
Glass of Lemonade
= 200 Calories
Dinner (6:00):
2 Angus Beef Burgers
2 Glasses of Water
= 600 Calories
=1200 Calories so far.
I’m thinking I may have some pretzels (they are the baked crisps, very low calorie) and consume another 300 calories by eating the pretzels?
Is that ok?
I didn’t excercise at all today; it’s been raining ALL day!
The lemonade is homemade and my mom keeps sugar to a minimum, meaning she puts in 60% water.
The granola bar is a diet one, it’s all good.
What should I have instead of pancakes? I didn’t factor in carbs or anything. :( But I think dinner is pretty good because I get protein.
Jesse, can I have the eggs any way I want? Scrambled, etc.? And is it eggs and the ham or one or the other?
And thanks, and btw can I substitute the apple for an orange if I wanted to?, more

Need to lose this… I need your help!?

Okay so I had a baby December 8th 2008. Before I got pregnant I was 130lbs. When I gave birth I was 228lbs. Now 6 and 1/2 months later I still weigh 225lbs. I need an exercise routine mostly. I’m already starting to get my eating under control. These are my problem areas:
thighs
calfs
arms
love handles
boobs
shoulders
and belly… mostly belly.. lol
I have a wii, and a wii fit, and I’m a stay at home mom so I have time to do any kind of excercise.
I’m starting to get really depressed. I was a size 6 pants before and now a size 20., more

excercise plan–is it good?

I am 14 years old and want to slim down this summer because my waist measurement is 31″, I want to look good for freshman year.
So this is my excercise plan which i hope will work over the summer so i can get down to maybe 25 inches~
So the first week of July:
Wake up at 7′o’clock, jump rope for 3 songs (15 min)
second week of July:
Wake up at 6:30 a.m, run for about 1 km, and jump rope for 3 songs
third week of July:
wake up at 6:15 a.m, run for about 1.5 km, and jump rope for 3 songs
do 50 sit-ups
fourth week of July:
wake up at 6:00 a.m, and run for 2 km, jump rope for 4 songs,
fifth week of july/ first week of august:
wake up at 5:45 a.m, and run for 2 km, jump rope for 5 songs
second week of august:
wake up at 5:30 a.m, and run for 2.5 km, jump rope for 5 songs
third week of august;
wake up at 5:15 a.m, run for 2.5 km, jump rope for 5 songs, do 75 sit-ups a day
fourth week of august-end of summer:
wake up at 5:00 a.m, run for 3 km, jump rope for 5 songs, and do 50 sit-ups a day.

So would this be effective for my goal of a 25 inch waist by the end of summer? If not, how can i change the plan?, more

I eat a lot and I love food! I have talked to my mom and she said that she was naturally skinny and so was both of her parents. It is genetics. I eat a lot but I just cannot seem to gain weight. I do not throw up and I do not get sick very often. I love to excercise, and swim, bike, and play active sports. Am I underweight? Or is this just myt natural weight and body shape? Everyone tells me that I am skinny and bony, but I just can’t seem to gain the weight. Will I have to go through the thing at the doctor’s where they put a hose through your mouth and food goes down it? That freaks me out., more

i have a pretty slim body, but i have a really chubby face. how do i lose weight on my face quickly? i admit i eat a pretty unhealthy diet and i don’t do too much excercise. but i can never stick to a diet for more than like 3 days before i cave in.
