I am 14 years old and want to slim down this summer because my waist measurement is 31″, I want to look good for freshman year.
So this is my excercise plan which i hope will work over the summer so i can get down to maybe 25 inches~
So the first week of July:
Wake up at 7′o’clock, jump rope for 3 songs (15 min)
second week of July:
Wake up at 6:30 a.m, run for about 1 km, and jump rope for 3 songs
third week of July:
wake up at 6:15 a.m, run for about 1.5 km, and jump rope for 3 songs
do 50 sit-ups
fourth week of July:
wake up at 6:00 a.m, and run for 2 km, jump rope for 4 songs,
fifth week of july/ first week of august:
wake up at 5:45 a.m, and run for 2 km, jump rope for 5 songs
second week of august:
wake up at 5:30 a.m, and run for 2.5 km, jump rope for 5 songs
third week of august;
wake up at 5:15 a.m, run for 2.5 km, jump rope for 5 songs, do 75 sit-ups a day
fourth week of august-end of summer:
wake up at 5:00 a.m, run for 3 km, jump rope for 5 songs, and do 50 sit-ups a day.
So would this be effective for my goal of a 25 inch waist by the end of summer? If not, how can i change the plan?, more
