im starting to eat properly again.
as in 3 meals day.
i lost heaps of weight only eating two meals day.
am i gonna put all oft hat wegith back on?
(in conjuction with lots of running i lost the weight, and i will be continuing the excercise)
damn you un helpfull advertising material
all i ate before was
breakfeast
an apple
dinner
now i want to add a proper lunch…
also if i continue the running and such i should be okay right?, more
