right now, i’m about 150lbs and 5′8″. i used to be a size 12 with an XL shirt, but now i’m a size 8 with a M shirt. i didn’t diet OR excercise, i just stopped eating when i was full and ate more healthy foods. the weird thing about this is i keep losing weight. i’m not even trying! i have a new pair of pants that i got about 3-4 weeks ago, a size 8, and now they are baggy on me. the waist is big, and the thighs are huge on me. i’m slightly scared about what is happening, and i told my mom but she said not to worry. what’s going on? why do i keep losing weight?? btw i’m 14, almost 15
