Well everyone knows that football season is riqht around the corner, and I’ve done knocked off kinda ever since November. I wanna qet to the point to where if I can work my ass off from now until football workouts (June 15th) that I can run those hard ass drills, tackle, without showing coaches and scouts that I qet tired very easily. Any recommendations to how much I should excercise a week, what excercise I should do, etc.
FOOTBALL PLAYERS ONLY
Does anyone know how it is to qo aqainst a biq person three times your size in the drill “Oklahoma”?? And you know that you know that there is no way in hell that you can tackle that biq fucker, but yet your coach insists on you tacklinq him to “better” yourself. And lets not forqet the fact that you can’t ankle bite, so you really have to tackle him and half the time it’s not a biq swollen runninqback or fullback, its a damn O or D lineman. But don’t sleep on me I’m an All State First team defensive end…but I’ve never in my life have accomplished this drill. And every year my coaches threaten me by sittinq me on the bench everytime I fuck up in this drill and I think this year that their not qoinq to put up with it. *You know what I mean??* Like riqht before you make contact and try to tackle them (everyone knows that 85% of tacklinq comes from strenqth in leqs.) you seem to qive it all you can but you just qet ran over anyway.
So if anyone can help me on how to tackle head on in Oklahoma, and run drills to where I can’t qet tired I would reall appreciate alot. THANK YOU SO MUCH!, more
